Catwalk & Presentation schedules – Application Criteria
- The applicant should be over three years in business
- The applicant’s collections should consist of men’s ready-to-wear or accessories
- Applicants should have a minimum of four stockists, including UK and international
- If the applicant has been in business for less than three years they should look at applying for NEWGEN MEN support. Information on NEWGEN MEN can be found at www.britishfashioncouncil.com/newgenmen
Your application will be reviewed by an industry panel of experts, including retailers, press, stylists and business leaders
Digital Schedule – application criteria
- Applicants should be over three years in business

EVENTS SCHEDULE – APPLICATION CRITERIA
- Events organised by BFC Patrons, sponsors, LFW/LCM designers, showroom designers and press affiliates will be listed
- Events by any other businesses, brands and press will be internally reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- An event will not be listed if it conflicts with the show schedule
- Off-Schedule Presentations will not be listed on the Events Schedule
Application Process
PHASE ONE – APPLICATION PROCESS
- Applications for spring/summer 2017 are now closed
- Designers are asked to provide two industry-based references; we suggest that a buyer or journalist as a relevant referee
PHASE TWO – E-PANEL
- Once an applicant has completed the online form, it will be reviewed and the candidate will be notified by email whether the application has been accepted
- Applicants successful to phase two will be reviewed by an e-panel of key industry members. Please do not submit samples unless specifically requested to do so
- Applicants may be asked to submit additional supporting information, which will be considered alongside the application to reach a final decision
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- An e-panel of at least 10 judges is selected each season which includes key opinion formers, media, buyers and representatives from the BFC
- The panel acts in an advisory capacity only. There may be certain cases where the BFC feels a particular applicant may or may not be suitable for London Fashion Week, and the BFC reserves final say
