MMT was born in Hong Kong, when French entrepreneur Baptiste Guedez and designer Thomas Letourneux fusioned talents to create a collection of essential timepieces, combining minimal lines and a singular experience. MMT stands for ‘memento’, a term defining keepsakes that are not only beautifully designed but also carry a strong poetic and emotional dimension.
In 2011, the brand makes a radical entry in the watch market by exclusively releasing pocket watches. Fascinated about the charm and character of this classic product, Guedez and Letourneux introduced a removable solid wood shell, making each watch unique in texture and color.
In 2015, the MMT collection extends to wristwatches with the same spirit of creating personal objects, free from the boundaries of trends and style. The brand presents a collection of perfectly round cases, with no visible crown disrupting the watch silhouette.
